I just had to share this picture of my beautiful friend Kate and her beautiful daughter Reese. Baby Reese finally got to go home from the ICU yesterday, and I know Kate and Wes are so happy to begin their new normal as a family of three. I am so lucky to know this girl, and can't wait to get to know Reese too.
